When you first receive your hair always deep condition it (for a minimum of 9 hours or overnight) to bring back the lustre in hair that's been sat in a parcel for the past few days.

Do NOT wash your hair in hot water! This can weaken the knots / wefts and just overall isn’t good for hair. Lukewarm water is the best temperature to wash your hair in.

Using sulphate and paraben free products, wash your hair every 2 weeks.

Brushing your hair throughly from tip to root with a wide tooth comb or paddle brush will help maintain the hairs quality and avoid unnecessary shedding.

To avoid shedding, do not cut your tracks as this can unravel the wefts.

You should avoid using excessive heat on your hair as much as you can! When using a hot tool, always remember to use heat protectant beforehand.
