Please allow up to 9 business days for all orders to process. (Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays)
Orders paid with Klarna, please allow 12 business days for your order to process.
You will not receive any updates on your order while it's being processed.
After processing, you will receive tracking information for your order(s) via email.
Depending on the delivery timeframe you have chosen, shipping takes between 1-5 business days.
All orders are posted by Royal Mail | DPD.
If an order is urgent and you need it before the processing time, please email us with what you want to purchase before placing an order online.
Once Royal Mail | DPD have received your package, we are not responsible for any delays due to loss, bank holidays, strikes or delayed service.
We do not refund or reship packages that have been marked as delivered by the courier.
Amour Hair will not be responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the customer.
Please check with your local postal service for more information. You will need to make sure that you cover any incurred customs fees or duties should any be incurred when shipping to your destination.

Returns And Exchanges Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds unless there is a flaw with the product due to our mistake.
To report a flaw you can submit a form on our contact us page or email - amourhairuk@outlook.com with your full name and order number. Once the form is submitted or you have emailed us, we ask that you wait up to 24-48 hours for a response.
Damages and issues
All items and parcels are photographed before shipment and thoroughly inspected by us. We ask that you also inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancelling | Modifying Orders
Once payment has been made, customers have a thirty minute window to modify or cancel their orders. After this time frame, orders cannot be cancelled as your order would have already started processing with our suppliers/ fulfilment warehouse.
Please contact us as soon as possible if any changes needed to be made but this cannot be guaranteed as we begin processing 30 minutes after your order has been confirmed. Our delivery team also fulfil and dispatch orders as quickly as possible and cannot guarantee your order can be modified after confirmation.
